A major goal I have for 2009 is to loose 40 pounds this year.
On Jan 1 at 0400 hours I weighed in at 300 pounds.
By Dec 31, I trust I will be down to 259.9
As a Christian, I will utililize the powrer of the Lord to meet this goal
Roman 12:1 says "I beseech you there for brethern, by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living
sacrifice.
I believe that we should maintain our bodies in a manner which is pleasing to the Lord Jesus Christ.
I have entered myself into a weight control program at the VA Hospital
